Shipping Policy

Be sure to check your order confirmation email! Our fulfillment time frame can be found in there. A typical timeline is 5-7 business days, but this may change depending on high volume events like Black Friday or our Birthday Bash. 

Once our fulfillment team packs your order, it will be picked up by the shipping courier and you will be notified via email with your tracking number. We suggest contacting your package's shipping courier for any delivery questions you may have. 

Important notice regarding courier delays:

Our team will always take the necessary precautions to ensure safety is put first for our employees and customers. Due to COVID-19, employee safety precautions, and various government orders put out weekly, we are adjusting the best we can to continue to provide quick fulfillment. Please understand that once your order is fulfilled by our distribution team. We appreciate your patience and understanding! 

Return & Exchange Policy

Any unwanted product must be returned within 30 days from the moment your Ultraswole order is delivered (if the order was placed online) or was purchased.


We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 30 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule: 

  • If an item is marked as 'Final Sale', this item is non-returnable

  • Personalised items can't be returned.

  • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.

  • Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.

  • Items covered in glitter, powder, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.

  • Items with piling may be subject to denial.

  • Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.

  • Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.

  • If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Any returns that are delivered outside of 45 days of the delivery date of your order may be subject to denial. Please contact our support team if your return is delayed unexpectedly.

  • If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within 4-7 business days. 
    Any items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
